By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.

2) Services

Dokify provides document generation services (including PDF and DOC output) via API and dashboard tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services.

4) Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API tokens.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5) Usage & Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to transmit illegal content.
• Abuse system resources or attempt to disrupt service availability.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code of the service.
• Exceed fair usage limits set out in your plan.

6) Payments & Billing

• Dokify operates on a prepaid wallet and/or subscription model.
• You agree to maintain sufficient balance to use paid features.
• All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
• Taxes, fees, and exchange rates may apply depending on your location.

7) Refund Policy

• Refunds may be granted only in cases of accidental duplicate payments or clear service failure.
• If a refund is approved, any associated bank or payment processing fees will be deducted and borne by the customer.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@dokify.me within 14 days of the transaction.

8) Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

9) Intellectual Property

Dokify retains ownership of the platform, software, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your input and generated content. By using the service, you grant Dokify a temporary license to process your data solely for fulfilling requests.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dokify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Dokify in the past 12 months.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also close your account at any time. Certain provisions (e.g., intellectual property, liability, refunds) will survive termination.

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
